This policy explains what information KetoSwap ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've kept it short and readable.

The short version

You can use the entire site without an account.
Tools like the macro calculator run entirely in your browser — we never see what you enter.
Your carb log, saved recipes, shopping list, macro targets and preferences (like dark mode) are stored only on your device, in your browser's local storage. We never receive them. You can export or delete them anytime on My Keto.
To work offline, the site saves copies of pages you visit in your browser's cache. Clearing site data removes them.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is processed by our email provider to send it.
Advertising and analytics partners may use cookies, as described below.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you join our newsletter or email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include in your message. We use it only to reply or to send the newsletter you asked for, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of visit) for security and reliability. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits; it does not use cookies, fingerprint devices or collect personal data.

Cookies and advertising

We may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
